I have just purchased a membership or trial, what do I do now?

A new account has been created for you in PT Minder and you have received a welcome email (please check junk mail folder for this) with your login details.

You can access the PT Minder either by downloading the app or using your computer at www.ptminder.com.au

To book into classes please use the 'Calendar' tab in PT Minder.

You can then manage all class bookings from your mobile phone via the app.

What do I need to bring to bootcamp?

Most girls bring the following: 1. Sweat towel 2. Drink bottle We provide everything else.

What level of fitness do I need to do bootcamp?

We cater to all levels of fitness and abilities. The sessions are run in a group enviornment with the support of a trainer.

I have an injury, can I still come to bootcamp?

Of course! Please just let us know what type of injury you have and your limitations so we can cater and modify the sessions when required. Email us at hello@mfwfitness.com.au prior to your session with your injury details.

Where do I meet for my bootcamp session?

We meet at the North Pavillion Softball Club, which is in the center of Fawkner PArk, South Yarra. In Winter or when it is raining, we train indoors. In Summer, we train outside. For the map location, visit www.mfwfitness.com.au/location

I have booked into a session but I cannot attend, what do I do?

You are able to cancel a session through the PT Minder app up to 9 hours prior to the start time of the session without losing any membership credits or without incuring a $10 cancellation fee. If you are wanting to cancel your session less than 9 hours prior to the start time you need to contact the trainer running the session via text or email to let them know. Please understand that you will either lose your session credit or if you are on an unlimited membership, you will automatically incur a $10 cancellation fee. This will be debited from your account. It is raining, will bootcamp still run?

Yes! (this is Melbourne after all) We have an indoor location that is available to us, so don't worry, we will keep you dry :)
