Run Club is great for women who want to improve their running technique, train for a fun-run or just improve their running ability overall.
A lot of our girls started with MFW and had never done a fun-run before. Some had never ran more than a kilometre non-stop.
This class has helped so many of our girls prepare for their first fun-run, especially Run Melbourne; which we participate in every year. Girls who started off running 3 km fun-runs are now currently running 10 km, even half marathons, with ease.
Run Club is seasonal and is not offered all year round.
