There's nothing more motivating than a sunny day to get you amped for a workout – not only does the bright sky make life feel more joyful, but you actually burn more calories in the hot weather.

But the catch is, you can't usually maintain the same level of intensity as you would on an average temperature day or you'll put yourself at risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
