Berry, mango, nuts and yogurt recipe

Here is a balanced meal that can fight those sugar-cravings. Great for a 3 pm pick-me-up! It's balanced, as it contains carbohydrates, protein and fat. Each of these macro-nutrients are essential in providing the body with energy, repairing the body and regulating our hormones.

 

 

50 grams of mixed berries
100 grams of mango
30 grams of cashews and almonds (mixed)
150 grams of chobani low fat 0.5% plain yogurt
*Optional add-on: Stevia Chocolate powder. It's sugar-less and virtually no calories, so go crazy with it!

 

Please note: Although this is considered healthy, in order to maintain a healthy weight or to lose weight you need to be eating a specific portion size relevant to your body type and weight goals. The amount of ingredients listed below are based on a female eating 2000 calories a day. This is equivalent to one out of her five meals.
