Breakfast in under four minutes

Here is a balanced breakfast that can be whipped up and blended in no time. Great for when you're on the run! It's balanced, as it contains carbohydrates, protein and fat. Each of these macro-nutrients are essential in providing the body with energy, repairing the body and regulating our hormones.



Please note: Although this is considered healthy, in order to maintain a healthy weight or to lose weight you need to be eating a specific portion size relevant to your body type and weight goals.


The amount of ingredients listed below are based on a female eating 2000 calories a day. This is equivalent of one out of five meals she would have for that day.


Berry-nana-licious smoothie


1 small ripe banana
50g frozen berries
5g organic honey
20g peanut butter
30g protein powder (WPI)
Or 150g Chobani 0.5% fat yoghurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
200g unsweetened almond milk
50ml of water


Blend. Shake. Serve.
