Pork and Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups of jasmine rice

500g Pork mince

200g cooked prawn meat

300g frozen carrots, peas and corn

50g brown onion

2 large eggs

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Method:

1. Dice onion and fry off in pan until translucent

2. Add in pork mince and cook until mince is browned. Once mince is browned add in frozen vegetables and prawns

3. Whisk the eggs. Push the meat and veg to one side of the pan and scramble eggs on the other side. Once eggs are scrambled combine with meat and veg.

4. Add in your cooked rice and soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir until fully combined.
