MFW (previously known as MFW Bootcamp), has been operating out of Fawkner Park for the past three years and has progressively expanded. Due to ongoing demand for all-female group fitness classes, we have relocated to a beautifully designed, private studio in the heart of South Yarra.


You can find us at 107 Toorak Road, South Yarra; offering over 50 classes a week.

Haven’t had time to draw your eyebrows on? No stress. We couldn’t care less if you rock up to your workout with one, two or three eyebrows.

Fit & Strong

Fit & Strong workouts are great for women who want to get fit and improve fitness & strength. This is your typical cardio and weight training class combined. This workout is tough, but it's a fav amongst our girls. It pushes your bod to its limits, it pushes your endurance to its max and it leaves you feeling bloody proud of yourself at the end of the 45 mins. These workouts involve strength training, weight training, cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Girls Who Lift

Girls who lift workouts aim to rid the stigma associated with women lifting weights. This is a strength training class for the women of South Yarra. It proves that you do not have to be 'bulky' or 'overly muscly' to be strong and be able to lift weights. Weight training for women will help strengthen your entire body, especially your posture, improve your overall body composition and most of all, it improves your confidence and sense of empowerment.

No cardio in this class.


Let's put those bigger muscles to work! This class is for those who love a booty workout, an ab workout, or just an awesome lower body workout.​ This class will definitely help condition you to strength training and exercise in general. Strictly strength: weights, body weight and resistance only. 

Little to no cardio in this class.

Sweat Hard

Sweat Hard workouts are great for women who want to: improve their fitness, train for a fun-run and get their sweat on. A lot of our girls started with MFW and had never done a fun-run before. Some had never ran more than a kilometre non-stop. This class has helped so many of our girls get prepared for their first fun-run, especially Run Melbourne; which we participate in every year. Girls who started off running 5 km fun-runs are now currently running 10 + km with ease.​

These workouts are not just about running. Sweat Hard is great for those who love HIIT workouts too.


Our female boxing classes, are great for women who are looking for a way to blow some steam. Our boxing in our South Yarra gym, will get your heart rate up and get you fit in no time. These workouts involve boxing, kick-boxing, shadow boxing, but we like to throw in some abs, cardio and body weight exercises too.

We call our boxing workouts "Boxfit" on our timetable.
