Our group classes and personal training sessions cater to all types of South Yarra women. From those who are well and truly invested in their health and fitness already, to women who are restarting or perhaps beginning their fitness journey. We ensure each and every workout challenges you, no matter what level or ability.

Our Fitness Studio focuses on helping and encouraging women to develop a positive relationship with their bodies. We focus on how exercise makes you feel.
Our training environment allows you to move and exercise in a way that is suited to your ability and any limitations you may have. Our focus is for you to move to the best way possible and most importantly, in a way that is pain free.
