MFW bootcamps are run in Fawkner Park with classes 6 days per week, morning and night.
We have access to an indoor and outdoor space at the park.

MFW bootcamp is all female group fitness located in South Yarra. Each MFW bootcamp session is different, you will never get bored doing group training with us! Within our 45 minute highly-energised sessions, we do a variety of workouts that help target those common areas such as your abs, butt and thighs.
MFW bootcamp sessions contain of variety of exercises, such as:
Body weight & weighted exercises
Abs, butt, thigh workouts
Stretch & mobility
I have trained with many PT's over the years and attended various group training sessions. MFW goes above and beyond their call of duty when it comes to personal fitness. Sessions are structured to suit all levels of fitness, you are constantly being challenged, yet also able to work to your own level of fitness. The vibe of MFW sessions are always light and many laughs are had in an extremely friendly environment. I couldn't recommend them more!!!

MFW is located at Fawkner Park, South Yarra. Start your day with an express workout where you can see the sun rise over the skyline of Melbourne city. If early mornings aren't your thing, then attend one of our evening sessions - the perfect way to end your day. We also offer Saturday morning sessions, to kick-start your active weekend.
MFW is not just about fitness and exercise, it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle. We want every one of our clients to feel amazing and confident in their skin. In order to help you do this, we have a private Facebook page, which all members have access to.
