What is the MFW Kickstart Experience?

It’s a 3-week introductory program designed to help women build strength, confidence, and lasting results in a friendly, boutique studio environment. You'll get unlimited group classes, 1x30 minute personal training session and 2 consultation calls with our head coach Christine Meister for a clear plan designed to achieve your own personal goals - all at $197 only (value $575). All members after their 4th week kicks on unlock a nutrition consultation with an MFW nutrition coach, so your nutrition matches the new you.

What’s included in the 3 weeks?

Your Kickstart includes:

- Unlimited group classes (strength, cardio, conditioning, core, Pilates, and yoga)

- 1 x 30-min Strategy & Goal Setting Session with Head Coach Christine

- 1 x 30-min Personal Training Session with an MFW trainer

- 1 x Follow-Up Coaching Call to review progress and fine-tune your plan

- Personalised guidance on technique, injury prevention, and nutrition tips

Who is this program for?

How do I book my sessions?

We’ll send you a link to our booking app, where you can easily book your Group Classes

What if I’ve never been to a gym before?

Perfect! Our coaches will guide you step-by-step, and our small group classes mean you’ll always get personal attention.

Do I have to attend every day?

Not at all. You can attend as many or as few classes as you like. Many members start with 2–3 classes a week and build from there.

What happens after the 3 weeks?

We know you've come here with a job to do. Either to get in an exercise routine, get stronger, lose weight or you're in peri/menopause and need strength training and support. There is no magic 3 week fix. By the end of the 3 weeks you will know how often you came and how well on your way you are to achieve your ultimate goal.
