Q: Why choose Semi-Private Training instead of regular group classes?

A: Semi-Private Training gives you more attention, structure, and a program tailored to women 35+ in peri/menopause. With a max of 5 women per class, you’ll never feel lost in the crowd.

Q: I’m new to strength training — will I be able to keep up?

A: Absolutely. Every session is coached with your current fitness, experience, and needs in mind. We’ll meet you where you’re at, then build you up safely and effectively.

Q: What if I miss a session?

A: Don’t stress — you can carry over unused sessions for up to 2 weeks, so nothing goes to waste.

Q: What happens after 12 weeks?

A: You choose! Continue with Semi-Private Training for ongoing coaching, or transition into our Unlimited Group Classes for broader variety.

Q: I’m nervous about starting — is this program right for me?

A: 100% yes. Our Semi-Private Training is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re brand new to strength training or have tried before. You’ll be supported by a small group of women going through the same stage of life.

Q: Do I need to be fit before joining?

A: Not at all. This program is here to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Our expert coaches guide every movement with care and attention, so you feel safe and supported.

Q: Is this just for peri/menopause?

A: It’s designed for women 35+ navigating peri/menopause, but it’s also perfect for any woman who wants expert guidance, a safe training environment, and a program that understands women’s bodies at this stage of life.

Q: What do I get in the program?

A: You’ll enjoy 2 semi-private sessions per week, optional bonus classes like yoga & Pilates, a personal consultation, and ongoing check-ins to keep you supported.
