We offer Personal Training from our exclusive studio on Toorak Road, South Yarra.
Through expert coaching, we help women build strength, confidence and long-term results in a private and supportive training environment.
Personal Training
Pathway
Our South Yarra Personal Trainers coach women through strength training, helping them establish a sustainable exercise routine while working towards goals such as strength and athletic development, bone density, weight loss and peri/menopause support.
From your very first call with us, we'll help map out the most suitable pathway for your goals. This may involve 1:1 Personal Training, Semi-Private Coaching, Group Strength Training, or a combination of all three as your confidence and strength develop.
Personal Training is designed as an ongoing coaching relationship rather than a one-off workout.
Due to limited availability, peak morning and evening Personal Training times are allocated to ongoing coaching clients.
Everyone is built differently with different health and fitness goals. That's why we customise programming for our 1:1 Personal Training clients.
Working with us you will see optimal results, whilst learning how to maintain them.
We encourage 1:1 PT or a combination of Personal Training, Semi-Private Coaching and Group Strength Training where suitable, allowing women to build strength, confidence and long-term results through a structured coaching pathway.
Some stay in 1:1 forever, some come to build confidence and progress to group classes or semi private as a pathway for all.
