We offer 1:1 Personal Training in a new and exclusive studio, located in South Yarra.
This space is exclusive and is on the first level above our group class area, on the ground floor.
There is no shared equipment and the studio is disinfected after every use.
Our South Yarra Personal Trainers run 1:1 PT sessions out of a private studio.
We encourage the 12 week program for those looking to make the most rapid progress. However, sessions are also available in 10 and 20 casual packs, for those who require more flexibility around their training.
We also offer 2:1 Personal Training.
Everyone is built differently and has different health and fitness goals. That's why we offer customised programming for all our 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training sessions.
