We offer Personal Training in a new and exclusive studio, located in South Yarra.
This space is exclusive and is on the first level above our group class area, on the ground floor.
There is no shared equipment and the studio is disinfected after every use.

Our South Yarra Personal Trainers run sessions out of a private studio.
We encourage the classes and PT combo, for those looking to make the most rapid progress. Casual 1:1 PT sessions are also available for those who require more flexibility around their training.
We also offer 2:1 Personal Training. You can bring your own workout buddy or ask us to pair you up with someone.

Everyone is built differently and has different health and fitness goals. That's why we offer customised programming for all our 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training sessions.
Working with us you will see optimal results in the fastest way possible, whilst learning how to maintain your results.
