Lift workouts are great for women who want to progress with their weight training and for those who want to learn how to lift weights properly.

This class aims to rid the stigma associated with women lifting weights. This is a strength training class for women of South Yarra. 

 

We prove that you do not have to be 'bulky' or 'overly muscly' to be strong and be able to lift weights. 

 

Weight training for women will help strengthen your entire body, improve your posture, improve your overall body composition and most of all, it improves your confidence and sense of empowerment.

 

No cardio in this class.
